How does a custom wedding song from Cantavals work?

Here is the whole path, screen by screen, so you know what you will see and what you will be asked to tap.

What are the steps, from first message to finished song?

1. Go to the create page. A chat with Trilo opens. Trilo tells you up front that it is an AI assistant.
2. Answer the questions. Trilo sends one question per message. Write the way you would text a friend.
3. Read the summary. Trilo lists everything you said, one short line per item, with a line about the Terms underneath. If something is off, say so and Trilo shows a corrected summary.
4. Confirm and give your consent. Trilo asks whether you agree that we use your story in the lyrics and the music. A plain "yes" is enough.
5. Stay on the page. It opens by itself when your preview is ready.
6. Listen to the free preview.
7. Pay if you want the full song. Your email is taken at checkout, not in the chat.

What does Trilo ask you?

The questions come in this order. If you already answered one in a longer message, Trilo skips it.

• Who the song is for. The two of you, your godparents, your parents, or a gift for another couple. Then the two first names.
• The moment. The first dance, the reception entrance, the thank-you to your parents, or simply "our song" with no set moment. If you mention a proposal you are planning or your wedding anniversary, Trilo takes that as your answer.
• The date. Only if you know it. You can skip it.
• The style. Trilo shows all 7 styles, numbered, and marks one as its suggestion based on what you have told it. The choice is yours. The full list is on languages and styles.
• The voice. Male or female.
• Your story, in two messages. First, how you met, up to the moment you knew. Then one golden detail: a phrase you always say, an exact place, a small habit.

Which language will the song be sung in?

Your song is sung in the language you chat in, as long as it is one of the atelier's 4: Romanian, English, Spanish or Italian. You might chat in English and want the song in Romanian, or the other way round. Just tell Trilo which language you want sung, or two of them if you want the lyrics to weave both together, for example Romanian and English, and it goes into the summary. If you write in a language the atelier does not sing, Trilo keeps chatting in yours and asks which of the sung languages to use.

What details make the song sound like you?

The lyrics are written from what you give us, so specific beats general. Names, exact places, private jokes and small moments work. "We love each other very much" does not give us much to write from.

One of the atelier's example songs shows how this goes: Valsul de la Două Noaptea ("The Two A.M. Waltz"). The story behind it: he was the DJ at a party, she was the one guest who asked for a waltz at two in the morning, and they danced alone on an empty floor. She turned up to their first date with dance shoes in her bag. He proposed on the same floor, to the same waltz. They wanted their first dance to start as that waltz and break into a party, so the song is a Surprise switch. Its page shows the lyrics. We do not need medical, religious or other sensitive details. Tell us only what you want to hear in the song.

What does the AI do, and what does the atelier do?

The lyrics are written in our atelier, from your story. The music and the voice are generated with artificial intelligence, guided by our own craft rules. Trilo, the assistant you chat with, is an AI and says so. We are open about the songs being made with AI, and the files carry an AI label.

What can you hear before you pay?

A free preview of your own song, with your lyrics, in the style you chose. It is not a generic sample; it is the start of your song. The preview stays free whatever you decide. You pay only if you like it and want the full song.

What happens after you pay?

Your song page unlocks two complete versions, A and B. There you will find your lyrics and the "Download MP3" button. Below them are two paid extras, "Studio-quality WAV" and "Instrumental version", each with an "Add" button. Your account also gets 3 new songs, a gift with every paid order. The details are on what you get.

What if you want different lyrics or a different style?

2 rewrites are included. You ask for them from your song page, after payment, with the "Rewrite my song" button. Say what did not feel right: the music, the voice or the words. We can keep the lyrics and redo only the music, change a few words, or rewrite the lyrics completely.

Every take stays on the page. The "Keep this take" button makes it your main song, which is the one in your downloads.
