1. What they are and why we use them

Cookies (and the browser storage areas localStorage and sessionStorage) are small files a site places on your device. We use them for three things, in this order: to make the site work, to know how many people reach the song, and, only with your consent, to measure advertising.

2. Strictly necessary (no consent required)

“cv_session”: keeps you signed in after you authenticate with WhatsApp or email.

“cv_did”: a device identifier used solely to limit abuse of the free previews.

“cv_discount” and “cv_ref”: remember the discount or referral you arrived with, so it applies to your order.

“cv_consent”: your choice on this very page; without it we would ask again on every page.

In localStorage we also keep usage preferences (which song you're following, which tip you dismissed) and, if you arrived from a campaign, the link's UTM parameters so the order can be attributed correctly. All of it stays on your device. These cookies are required for the service and cannot be switched off from the banner.

3. In-house, anonymous measurement (no consent required)

We count, per day, how many visitors reach each step: opened the site, talked to Trilo, heard the preview, created an account, paid. These are aggregate counters: we store no user identifier, no IP address, and we build no profiles. To avoid counting the same visit twice we place a temporary mark in your browser's sessionStorage, which disappears when you close the tab.

4. Marketing (only with your consent)

If you press “Accept all” we load the Meta pixel (cookies “_fbp”, “_fbc”), the TikTok pixel (“_ttp”) and the Google tag (“_ga”, “_gcl_au”), where they are configured. They tell us which ad led to a song being ordered.

Until that acceptance their scripts do not exist in the page: not “loaded but paused”, simply absent, so your browser sends no request at all to Meta, TikTok or Google.

5. Changing or withdrawing your choice

At any time, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you withdraw consent we reload the page immediately, so scripts that had already started disappear from the current session as well, and we stop loading them on future visits.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. With the strictly necessary ones blocked, signing in and ordering may stop working.
