1. The service

Cantavals creates personalized songs based on the story you provide, using professional lyric-writing processes combined with AI music composition technology. By placing an order you confirm the story you submit is yours to share and contains no unlawful content.

Transparency: the music and vocals of your song are generated with artificial-intelligence music technology, guided by our proprietary songwriting atelier. We believe in being honest about how the magic is made.

2. License and rights

Upon delivery you receive an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide PERSONAL-USE license for your song: playing it at private events (including your wedding), inclusion in personal photos/videos, and posting on personal social-media accounts.

Commercial exploitation (selling, licensing to third parties, advertising use) is not included. Under current US and EU law, fully AI-generated music is not eligible for copyright protection; we therefore do not (and no honest provider can) promise you exclusive copyright over the musical composition. The personalized lyrics crafted from your story are licensed to you for the same personal use.

3. Delivery and regenerations

Songs are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Each order includes two complete renditions and up to two free regenerations, self-served from your song page.

If technical issues delay your delivery beyond 24 hours, you are entitled to an immediate full refund.

4. Refunds

We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy for details. Refund requests are honored without justification required.

5. Acceptable use

You may not submit stories containing hateful, defamatory or unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights (including lyrics of existing copyrighted songs). Such orders may be cancelled with a full refund.
