To create your song we collect: your names, email address, your story and your musical preferences. That's it — no accounts, no passwords, no tracking beyond standard analytics and the advertising pixels described below.
2. How we use it
Your story is used solely to write and compose your song. It is processed by our AI partners (language and music models) under their API terms and is not used to train models. Your email is used only for order delivery and service messages — no newsletters unless you opt in.
3. Storage and retention
Orders and songs are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel). Your song page is accessible via an unguessable private link. You may request deletion of your data and songs at any time by contacting us.
4. Advertising pixels
Our marketing pages may use Meta and TikTok pixels to measure advertising. These are standard tools; they do not access your story or your song.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, export and erase your personal data. One email is enough.
