Cantavals by CUM FACEM SRL

The Cantavals contest is run by CUM FACEM SRL, registered office at Str. Aurora, Bl. 5, Ap. 1, Focșani, Vrancea County, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 49199284, Trade Registry no. J2023000897397, the company behind Cantavals.
Taking part is free and costs nothing beyond the song you already ordered.
The contest runs in monthly rounds. A round opens on the first day of the calendar month and closes on the last day of that month at 23:59 (Romanian time).
A new round starts automatically on the first day of the next month, with the standings back at zero. Votes do not carry over from one round to the next.
Any couple with a paid, delivered Cantavals song can take part.
One song per order, per round. In later rounds you can enter the same song again or a different one.
You enter from a button on your own song's page. The public story, two or three sentences, 400 characters at most, is written by us, out of what you told Trilo; you read it there before anything else, you can ask for another version, and then you tick the consent box.
By ticking it you agree that your names as they appear on the order, the story shown there and the whole song may be published on the contest page and on the Cantavals social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Entering the same song again replaces the published story with the new version; it never creates a second entry.
You can withdraw at any time while the round is open, from the same song page, with one button.
When you do, the entry leaves the standings together with the votes it received, and the published details are no longer shown.
Once a round has ended its standings stay published as an archive and the button is gone. If you still want your entry taken down, write to us at hello@cantavals.com and we will remove it.
Voting needs a Cantavals account confirmed on an email address or on a WhatsApp number. The account is free and takes a few seconds.
One account has one vote per round. You can move your vote to another song at any point until the round closes; the last vote is the one that counts.
Votes are counted automatically, and the standings are exactly that order.
First place: a complete Cantavals song, on us, for the two of you or to give to someone you love.
Second and third place: a $50 voucher towards your next song.
Everyone who enters: a $25 voucher towards your next song.
Prizes are sent by email within 48 hours of the announcement. They are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
Winners are announced on the contest page and by email, within the first 3 days of the following month.
If two songs tie on votes, the one entered first wins.
We publish only what you agreed to when entering: the names on the order, the public story we wrote for you and that you read first, and the song. Your email address, phone number and the private story you told Trilo stay private: we write from it, we never publish it.
Publishing covers the contest page and the Cantavals social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), where the same three things may appear and nothing else.
The published details stay visible for as long as the song is entered, and a finished round's standings stay published as an archive. Withdrawing removes them from the page immediately, and we take down any posts already published on social within 5 working days.

We reserve the right to void obviously fraudulent votes (accounts created in bulk for one song, automation, any pattern that does not look like people voting) and to disqualify an entry that breaks the rules above.
Any such decision is communicated by email to the person who entered.
